This semi-automatic horizontal hydraulic baler retains the powerful 200-ton main cylinder force and 30.5MPa working pressure of the fully automatic model, but offers a more economical solution by reducing automation complexity. It still processes 12-15 tons per hour, making it suitable for operations where manual loading is acceptable or where investment costs need to be minimized.

The semi-automatic model can be configured with or without a conveyor system. For manual feeding, the conveyor may be omitted, reducing overall footprint and cost. Optional bale tying mechanisms are available.
